SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends).

Next-Day Shipping is available for new releases and restocks marked with "NEXT DAY" shipping in their description or social media caption.

Pre-Orders

Pre-ordered items are custom-made and require 1-3 weeks to process before shipping.

For over sea restock the process time is 1-8 weeks.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers and order confirmations are emailed once your order is shipped.

Domestic orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days via USPS/UPS.

International orders may take longer depending on the mail carrier and are best shipped with DHL Worldwide for speed and reliability. We also use route for our customers therefore you can easily track your order when placed and the customer will know immediately when your package is at your door 

Shipping Carrier Responsibility

We are not responsible for carrier issues once your package is shipped.

For lost or delayed packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly:

USPS/UPS: Claim and locate packages directly with the carrier.

DHL (for international orders): Handles claims, reimbursements, and locating packages.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to refusal or an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for import fees or duties.
